My equipment
On this page I share the equiptment I use and what I find handy about it. I consider myself a starter in the photography world. It's far from advanced equiptment, but might be useful for other people to know what I find starter-friendly materials.
01
CANON 250D
This camera ticked all the boxes for me. The rotatable tochscreen makes it easy to shoot from different angles. Lightweight and comfortable to use with manual settings and presets. It's easy to connect your phone via build in WiFi and Bluetooth and to use it as a remote or to transfer photos and videos.
02
CANON ESF 18-55mm lens
The 18mm is a moderate wide-angle lens that is great for landscapes, architecture, and environmental portraiture. The 55mm end makes for a short telephoto lens, ideal for compressing perspective when taking portraits or closing in on small details.
03
Tamron 70-300mm lens
This makes this an ideal lens for nature photography. The Tamron SP 70-300 mm VC is equipped with a 3-axial image stabilization system. Perfect to use for macro photography.
04
Cullman Alpha 2500 Tripod
Its 3-way pan/tilt head features a built-in quick-release plate and its easy to adjust up to 1.65 meters in heigh. The tripod is relatively light weight and easy to carry with you.
06
Peak Design anchor camerastrap
I bought the camera and lenses in a package deal, which provided a voucher tot customise a CANON strapband. It is easy to attach and re-attach the strap by its secure anchor systeem and supports the cameras weight.
05
CASE LOGIC Bryker Camerabag
This is a lightweight, compact backpack with lots of different compartments. I can store all my accessories and grap all my epuipment at any moment without having to re-pack everything. If I want to, I can attach my tripod to the side as well.
